"Didn't do aya. Got the miracle anyway."
I had my miracle AND here is the wild thing....I didn't do aya or the ceremonies. We live in a world of social media, chaos, fighting, and awful cable news. Going somewhere to unplug, learning how to be still, overcoming negative thought patterns, eating clean, and being surrounded by educators AND people who want the same thing as you was a miracle. I got to study with Kim Taranova, Michael Beckwith, the amazing breathwork facilitators. All of them gave me one on one time asking NOTHING in return. I have come back with ACTUAL practices I have been using all week, instead of just blessing out on vacation and then coming home to be a mess. This miracle will live with me forever and I will always be grateful. My one piece of advice is DO THE WORK. Take the classes, do the breathwork, put your phone in a drawer. You will be reminded of why we were put on this planet.
