Words cannot describe the positive, life-changing effects this retreat had on us. The accommodations are of very high quality, and the food is delicious. But far more important is the thought and care that’s gone into the program they've created at Rythmia. Everyone on staff is passionate about your growth experience. They’ve created a sense of safety and care which supported our individual growth and also built a warm and caring community over the course of a week. Plant medicine is not always physically comfortable, but the staff does all they can to make sure you have the best possible outcome. The results were more joyful than I could ever have imagined possible. I wish everyone I care about could experience this.
