"Safe - Supported - Held - Loved"
I first visited Rythmia in October 2022 for what was my first exposure to Ayahuasca. I wrote a review back them as I was blown away by the level of care, support and service. In 2023 I attended a retreat in Spain and was horrified by the lack of preparation, education, ongoing support and on site care. This led me back to Rythmia in November 2024 as part of my annual full "mind, body and soul" service. WOW. Just WOW. This is place is just pure magic. From the moment you arrive you feel the genuine care that the huge number of staff have for you. That's all the way from the gardeners, the cleaners, the restaurant staff all the way through up to the shamans. With a licenced hospital onsite I felt safe knowing that I had access to a doctor, psychologist, nurse 24/7. The structed programme which starts at 7 daily provides classes to prep and then integrate your experience. They cover the science as well as the mystical. I can't speak more highly of this place and have seen and felt first hand what miracles this place is creating. It's a HARD week too. This isn't for the faint hearted but know that when it's your turn to work through the darkness, that you are help, supported and loved. I'll see you next year!
