"Life Changing Week!"
My trip to Rythmia was absolutely life changing. Where do I begin?? I attended the week of 10/26/24 and was extremely nervous going into this journey. I quickly found comfort in ALL the people that work at Rythmia as well as the other people attending at the same time as me. It's hard to explain the details of what happens in ceremonies on the medicine because the transformation happens on a spiritual level and the experience is different for every person. My biggest takeaways are that I have so much more love for myself and my family. I also have a deeper understanding of myself. I've come home with an immense amount of gratitude for everyone and everything, and am overall so much happier and emotionally lighter than I was prior to going to Rythmia. Lastly, I feel that I came home with a clean slate for my health. I no longer have the desire to eat anything unhealthy/processed and no longer have the desire to drink alcohol. I will absolutely go back at some point. Rythmia is a beautiful place full of beautiful and loving people!
