"Hardest, best, most transformative week of my life."
There truly will never be the right words to describe my experience at Rythmia, but I'll start by saying it was the hardest, best, most amazing week of my life. From the moment I arrived in Costa Rica, the Rythmia staff made me feel comfortable and cared for, starting with the shuttle ride to the resort. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff to help me check in. I opted for a private room and was pleased with my accommodations. My room was comfortable, large, and had every amenity I needed to be comfortable. As for the spiritual journey, Rythmia has gone out of their way to provide a top-notch experience. As a therapist, I am acutely aware of the potential for people/companies to exploit people's pain in the name of healing. But Rythmia provides an excellent support staff, and lots of programming to support the healing process including breath work, yoga, and classroom sessions to promote integration. (To get the most benefit don't miss ANY of the programming!) Additionally, the entire staff at Rythmia is utterly amazing. Everyone seemed to know my name and expressed genuine care and curiosity about my experiences only adding to the feeling of being very cared for. When I arrived at Rythmia, my only goal was to find peace with a painful situation I was in. I found my peace but got so much more. I healed old wounds, and found my way back to myself. I also left feeling like I have a whole new family that will forever be a part of my heart and my life.
