"Profound Healing and Transformative Experience"

My week-long stay at Rythmia Life Advancement Center was nothing short of life-changing. The depth of personal insight, transformation, and healing I experienced here was beyond anything I could have imagined. From the moment we arrived until we left, every detail of our trip was filled with love, compassion, trust, and an overwhelming sense of safety. There truly aren't enough earthly words to describe the care, love, and compassion that the entire staff displayed at all times. I’ve never felt so supported, cared for, and seen in all my life. Rythmia has a structured program that provides the perfect foundation for full healing to occur. While the ceremonies were transformative in themselves, the additional offerings such as the classes, breathwork, yoga, massages, mud baths, colonics, and even casual conversations with the staff all contributed to my "miracle" happening while at Rythmia. Before coming, I spent a lot of time researching ayahuasca and its effects on the nervous system, watching numerous YouTube videos of people’s experiences at Rythmia. In hindsight, I wish I had watched fewer videos and allowed myself to fully sit in the experience without comparing my journey to anyone else’s. Now that I understand the depth of healing ayahuasca and Rythmia offer, I know that when I return, I will be able to surrender even more fully to the plant medicine and trust in the process of healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to some of the incredible staff members who made my experience unforgettable: Lola, Aviana, JJ, Sally, Duane, Shawna, Chris, Mitra, Victor, and Marianna. Their angelic presence and unconditional support made all the difference. On a personal note, the highlight of my trip was my partner proposing to me on the fourth night, just before the all-night ceremony. Mitra went above and beyond to give us a special blessing for our future as husband and wife, which added even more magic to an already profound experience. I cannot wait to return to Rythmia for deeper healing and to further explore the transformative potential it offers.
