"Nothing else you can do in a week will do as much to as advance your life as Rythmia"

This is my second time going to Rythmia, and it was even better than the first. I felt like I had already some big breakthroughs the first time, but they were nothing compared to this time around. I really surrendered to the process this time and participated in all the sessions and had an amazing time, even up to and including the last breathwork session. The instructors are funny and brilliant, and level of warmth and compassion and support was felt by all.
