"Life Changing"
I don’t even know where to start. Rythmia was an experience that absolutely changed my life for the better. If I could describe how I felt before to after my experience with one word, it would be lighter. I mean that both physically and spiritually. All the weight I didn’t realize I was carrying in my emotions released and I was giving the tools I needed to confront them. Everyone from the Instructors, the Shaman, the housekeeping staff, the groundskeepers, the people working the front desks, the ladies at the spa, the medical staff, and everyone else behind the scenes were absolutely phenomenal at making that week about you. They took any and all distractions and gave you all the tools you need to focus and work on yourself. The food was healthy and delicious. The rooms were spectacular and well maintained. This was clearly not their first time doing it, and I don’t suspect they’re anywhere near the last time. I am forever grateful for the opportunity that has been given to me to find myself again and start on a new path. Thank you again to all of the staff for making this possible, and thank you to the Medicine for giving me the healing I needed.
