"A Trip that will change your life"
Reviewing a place like Rythmia is different than any other review I've ever done or probably ever will. It is a rather surreal place of both healing and introspection. First off, the grounds and staff are top notch. Food and housekeeping are great. The place is secure and you feel very safe. But of course the reason I went there were the classes and ceremonies. I feel like a different person since I went there. My physical health and mental health have changed significantly. My perspective has changed in a way that is hard to articulate. I know I would recommend this experience to anyone who might be a little "stuck" in any way and is open to trying something new. I'm very grateful for the experience and if you happen to be reading this review, possibly on the fence on whether or not to book, my advice is this: BOOK IT! Then start prepping both mentally and physically for a life change. And once you get there just SURRENDER and FEEL. It's that simple and it will change your life.
