"Say YES to The Life Changing Experience at Rythmia"
I had privilege of attending a “Rythmia Way” program on December 30th, 2023 – January 6th, 2024. I specifically selected these dates to close out 2023 and start my New Year right in 2024. I have known about Rythmia since it opened in 2016. I knew of it through a friend who worked there for several years, several individuals in my life who participated in their programs, and also just from their reputation in the Plant Medicine community. However, nothing could have prepared me for how incredible and profoundly healing my time there was. I’ve worked in the holistic health profession for 12+ years, including for some of the top players in the industries as well as spending time in ashrams and traveling worldwide, and I can say Rythmia is one of the strongest container for doing the deep inner work I’ve ever come across. It is not a cheap investment, but and what they do for what you pay is beyond worth it 10x over. The accommodations are incredible. The facilities and grounds are immaculate. The food is amazing. But most of all, the staff are flawless and so loving. There is such care and consideration put into everything. It is beyond 5 stars. In addition, what I feel Rythmia does best is the context and education it provides around Plant Medicine and the whole healing journey. You are truly guided through a process. From the ceremonies to the spa treatment and cleanse to the yoga classes and the daily educational classes, it is a very specific path that you are guided on with others to have a meaningful and lasting transformation. Their classes truly help you to navigate the ceremonies in the best way. There is so much information provided, as well as wonderful opportunities for sharing and questions. My group had 90 individuals in it. While initially I had thought this would be “too big,” I can’t imagine my experience without these individuals. Rythmia attracts a particular quality of person, and I made so many friends during my experience. Having this many people healing and working together towards a common goal created such a powerful energy. In addition, there was no point during ceremony (or at any point during my time there) where I ever felt like there was a lack of safety or personal attention. The shamans and facilitators were so attentive and available anytime I needed assistance or to talk to someone. Lastly, I had a few concerns prior to registering and attending. I read some negative reviews online. I also had some people in my life (none of whom had actually attended a program at Rythmia), say they had heard some negative things about Rythmia. However, after attending, I can say that none of these things were even close to being true, and I am so infuriated that such negative information is being spread out there in such a way. I hope this review helps you feel good about choosing Rythmia. I had such a good experience I rebooked to go back later this year!!
