"Deeply Healing and Transformational"
This was my wife and I's second trip to Rythmia as a couple with our first being in January of 2023. Our experience in January was so amazing that we couldn't wait another full year to return. I would summarize my experience in January as more of a spiritual awakening while this time I would summarize the experience as deeply healing and transformational. My wife and I both experienced healing on such a deep level during this week that it is almost incomprehensible. I feel like we have both transformed into completely different people. Who knew I have been carrying these wounds for 40 years? When I got to Rythmia my body felt like one big knot. My muscles were wound tight, I felt like I had a literal blockage in my solar plex, and while mentally I felt good my body was clearly out of balance. After this week my muscles seemed to unwind and relax. My solar plex relaxed and my heart opened. I was filled with so much love and gratitude for my life and everyone in it. My wife and I connected on a level we have never felt before. It was like we let our guards down for the first time in our relationship of over 20 years together (processing decades of trauma will do that to a person I guess). We have spent so much of our relationship protecting our wounds and being afraid of the unknown that we never let each other in fully. The connection we came home with is unreal and lasting. Since getting home we are talking more openly about our fears and desires. We are both listening with our hearts instead of our thinking minds. It has been a beautiful transformation for us both. Prior to Rythmia I would have told you our relationship was pretty good. Now I would say our relationship is Unbelievable. I'm happier than I have ever been and full of so much love for myself and my wife I can hardly contain it. If you're thinking about going to Rythmia stop thinking and just do it. This place is magical and it will change your life. The staff is amazing. The classes are extremely beneficial in helping you navigate the journey. The amenities including the pool, restaurant, rooms, maloca, and the spa are beautiful. And the healing is like nothing I have ever experienced. One guest summed it up when he said... "Come to Rythmia, lose your mind and find your heart".
