Without a doubt the greatest experience of my life. Within 48 hours of getting back I ran into 2 friends, they remarked on how different I seemed. I told them about my experience and both of them asked me for Rythmia's contact info. I've done a lot of great things, spent a week in the water in the Silver Banks off the DR during Humpback birthing season, swam with wild Dolphins, Grey Whales, walked with elephants in the jungles of Cambodia, did a helicopter rescue of a Spectacled Bear in the Ecuadorian mountains, I could go on and on, but nothing compares to the week at Rythmia.I never thought something like this could have such a profound effect on my life. Going there I had been suffering from depression, anxiety, paranoia, which I accepted as part of my life. I made the choice about 8 years ago to stop medication and just learn to live with this affliction and compared to other afflictions I felt lucky that this was not diabetes or cancer. And I was proactive with my affliction, I work out and am active in my 12 step program, no sugar, low carb. I did what I could to manage my depression. My first night, first ceremony, at Rythmia, was mind blowing, literally my mind was blown, my brain re-wired( btw, I've done everything: Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, John Bradshaw, Marianne Williamson, numerous Indian Gurus, hundreds of retreats, seminars, workshops-all great). If I only did the first night I would be so happy and grateful. But there are 3 more nights! It's hard to describe in words what I've received from Rythmia but what I can tell you is that every morning, since I've been back, I do the breath work they taught me and I burst into tears. Tears of joy. I haven't experienced much joy in my life up until this point. Boy was I missing out on life. I owe Rythmia and Johnny M. my life. The resort itself, the accommodations and food are 5 star. The people, the staff, workers, and facilitators are amazing. The music both live and recorded is life altering. The musicians at Rythmia would command a full house at Madison Square Garden. In other words the music alone would have been enough for me. I could go on and on.
