Rythmia: A Transformational Journey I had the privilege of visiting Rythmia twice in 2016 and recently in September 2023, and I can't emphasize enough how transformative each experience has been. Rythmia, set in the enchanting landscape of Costa Rica, served as my sanctuary for self-discovery and reconnection with spirit. As a biracial, single mother, the stresses of life had caused me to lose touch with my inner self and the joy in my work. That's when I decided to take a step back earlier this year to realign my energies. Returning to Costa Rica for my 30th birthday was like coming back home to my true self. The heart of my experience at Rythmia lay in the Ayahuasca journeys, where words fall short in capturing the profound insights and downloads I received. 🌟 Opening myself to spirit's messages, signs, and guidance. 🌟 Embracing responsibility for the choices I make in life and choosing to show up more fully. 🌟 Letting go of what doesn't align with my soul's purpose, allowing the unnecessary to naturally fall away. 🌟 Allowing my spiritual growth to shape the flexible, ever-evolving form of my practice. 🌟 Overflowing gratitude and unconditional love for friends and family. 🌟 Discovering the safety and power in stillness and doing less. 🌟 Rediscovering the profound connection with prayer, reminiscent of my religious experiences eight years ago. 🌟 The deeper experience of pleasure through sitting with pain, a testament to the healing process. 🌟 Realizing that holding space for others doesn't require having all the answers, but rather embracing vulnerability and compassion. 🌟 Trusting the divine timing of life's unfolding for the highest good of all beings. These insights, like fragments of a mystical mosaic, have brought me back home to myself, igniting a newfound inspiration to guide and hold space for my dear brothers and sisters on this transformative medicine path. At Rythmia, through breath, movement, and ceremony, I have rekindled the connection with my true purpose.
