"Get ready for a profound healing experience!"

I had never done plant medicine before, I had talked to others and watched some videos, but none of that prepared me for the experience I was about to encounter upon arrival. The grounds are magnificent, a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable, and the food is fantastic. I can't say enough about the organic, high-quality food; it was so good. The property is spread out over a few acres; not sure exactly how much land there is, but there's a 1/2 mile walking loop around the property. The pool is wonderful, and the deck is delightful. We had a lot of rain this month but still enough sunshine to enjoy. Doing plant medicine is not a casual decision, and it can have a huge impact on your life, but without the Rythmia program, you may not get all you want from just medicine journeys. The day starts with Yoga, then classes every day, lunch when you want it, massages, colonics, Hot/Cold dips and powerful, powerful breath work. There's no slack in the schedule on purpose. Then there's the ceremonies. They are magical, the Shamans are wonderful, and the atmosphere is designed to keep you on your journey and growing constantly. Yes, it's uncomfortable, four journeys/ceremonies over four days, but that's where the growth really happens. We have a few people skip a ceremony. I wanted to skip one, too, but I didn't. I was there for the growth and expansion. I received healing and an emotional reset, which I desperately needed. The prep work before the first ceremony was perfect. It helped me to set my intention and get clear on what I wanted. They say with Plant Medicine, you get what you need first. And that's entirely true. I am just back for a few days, and I can tell the difference in everything I do, and every conversation I have; yet not fully recovered and am back in the swing of things, which is okay, because I am being patient with myself as I fully integrate this experience into my life as it is now, not as it was before. If you are considering a Plant Medicine experience, it's tempting to save money and go with a lower-cost option. I know, I considered it, but in the end, I wanted the transformation and healing, and the difference in money won't matter. Still, the lack of support, the training, the insights, and the physical environment contributed greatly to my own success last week. Would I do it again? Don't ask me now :-) I wouldn't say yes. It was challenging, to say the least, but it was so incredibly healing that the experience was worth it on every level. Ask me in a year; you may get a different answer, but then who knows who I will be then!
