As soon as I arrived at Rythmia I felt so safe and looked after. Every member of staff from start to finish went the extra mile to assist in all the ways I needed. It was the most intense, healing, freeing and magical week of my life so far and il be forever grateful to all involved. The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious and the facilities awesome! The teachers, healers and helpers are all so supportive, heart led, wise and so loving. Iv never felt so held, supported and seen. And the like- minded souls all there for the same week, felt like dear friends instantly. It was an incredible week!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I know I will be back again :)
