Forever life changing experience for me!! Words really can't describe this beautiful journey Rythmia puts you on. Its like 10 years of therapy wrapped up in 4 days. What a gift to be able to shed the trauma and the stuck energy in a safe, positive and loving way. You are truly surrounded by SO MUCH LOVE everywhere you go. From the sacred landscape and animals that roam that resort, to the nourishing juice's/foods provided for you daily, to the clonic cleanses and massages provided for you to help the body heal, to the daily use of the steam room, hot tub, plunge pool, and salt water pool. To the daily morning yoga with the beautiful divine soul Victor, let's not forget the breath-work sessions which were AMAZING, to the guardians and shamans that work their magic in the Aya ceremonies (TRULY MAGICAL), and to the plant integration classes lead by the divine souls Gerry, Kim, JJ, Dr. Jeff and the other beautiful souls that are there to help support you. You are never alone!! Every activity and class that was provided during your stay, played a HUGE part in your healing journey. Let's not forget ALL the friendly staff working at the resort! Their smiles, hugs and hellos always made you feel welcomed and at home. My favourite part was connecting with the beautiful divine souls that were on this journey with me for the week. All the new cosmic friendships and connections that were made. I walked away with such divine connections and new friendships that I will cherish for the rest of my life. This has been such divine gift in my life and I am forever grateful and forever changed and I can't wait to go back!! I would highly recommend Rythmia to anyone that is wanting change and break free. After all, we are the change we seek in this world! So let's start letting go of the old and allow the new to come in. WE ARE ONE at the end of the day!! One Shared Breath! One Shared Life!
