For this type of trip Rythmia is the perfect place to be held and guided along the way. The property itself gives the vibe that it’s a Labour of love - super comfortable accommodation and amenities. Artwork, interesting books to read, clean and delicious meals, breathtaking grounds, two resident dogs who sometimes join for meals :), or just to sit with you, a pool where we sometimes hung out are just a few things which make me smile just remembering them. All of the staff, coaches and shaman are there for you. They were tremendously helpful guiding us each day with scheduled classes. Our coaches were also available outside of class for consults as and when needed. They were around and about with us at meals - available and ready to share useful insight with us about each of our journeys. The staff all feel like they were called to this work. The program was a week long and was thoughtfully curated with spa treatments and supportive cleanses. The entire experience was so rewarding and one that I’ll never forget. It takes a lot of courage to do something like this and the added support that you get here is invaluable. They gave us such great insight and tips for integration after we leave too and you can opt for added support if you’d like for once you return home. If you’ve decided to have a journey with Ayahuasca and are on the fence about the best place to have the experience - don’t be. Book with Rythmia - you won’t regret it.
