From the comfort of my bed set-up to the delicious wholesome food that Rythmia created for me. I will never be able to put into words how empowering this experience was for me. The space that the Rythmia staff held along with the amazing shamans… I have never felt such safety and comfort in knowing that I was able to sit with my self and to just heal. Not to mention, the amazing group of people that I was blessed enough to heal side by side with. This is truly a life changing experience. Thank you so much!
