There is a warrior in you and you don't even know it. One doesn't have to wear a patch on their shoulder in the military, or a badge on their chest as a Policeman/Woman. The only thing you have to do is show up at Rythmia and put your best foot forward and accept the process and let it happen. The biggest issue for anyone reading this who is hesitant to go through the Rythmia experience is more than likely you don't have the balls to push yourself to do it. This was my second time going to Rythmia, and I will admit I wasn't prepared for all that transpired. The process the second time around was much deeper, and much more difficult. Which truly did surprise me. The biggest and best advice I can give to anyone one attending is not to anticipate or assume what's going to happen. Because I can assure you, that's not what will transpire. The medicine will take on a life of it's own to help you, and you alone. There will be crucibles to cross, mentally and physically. But don't give up!. If you can't walk while you're there from being overwhelmed, you most certainly can crawl. It won't be the end of your existence. I've seen and experienced events at Rythmia going through the week that I can't even share with people where I live because they wouldn't believe it. I've learned that I don't have to share my experiences with anyone here, because those are my experiences. I so admire everyone who has attended, especially in the groups I've been in. The men and the women should get up every morning, look in the mirror and tell themselves how proud they are of themselves for the work they have done to heal and push forward. The Staff, The Shamans, and all involved at Rythmia want what's best for you, they care about you and they have the whole process outlined, and built just for your individual circumstances. I love Rythmia, and yes at times I have hated Rythmia. You don't harden steel by coddling it and talking nice to it. It has to be heated, pounded and formed to what you want to make it. So with that said...what do you want to be? The next question is as I outlined earlier, Do you have the balls to do it? I doubt it but we will see. Good luck on your journey. I know you can do it!!!
