I would like to say thank you to everyone at Rythmia, the speakers, Dr. Jeff, Gerry, John Mubarak and Kim! were all vital in their messages and approaches. My experience took me beyond unlocking some mental hangups. Even in the following weeks, I found myself waking up to who I am and leaving mental entrapments in the past. The food was excellent and nourishing, I was always taken care of and felt especially safe while being surrounded by Heavenly beauty. The people in our group became family that supported each other through deep processing. This is no easy. You will be challenged but it is worth it. There is a better more soulful you waiting to come forward.
