"What a blessing! - The best week of my life!!"
This was the best week of my life!! No exaggeration... for real!.... it was beyond my expectations. The experiences weren't always easy yet they were worth every amount of struggle it took to surrender to the process. I had wanted to go to Rythmia since it opened in 2016, so for me this was a wonderful blessing. It is the absolute best investment I have ever made in myself by far. And I have done a lot of conferences, workshops and retreats in my life at 68 years old. Rythmia has the look and feel of a luxury resort. The staff are just so warm and caring, and take care of your every need. They are there for you and provide support even when you don't realize you need it. The yoga and breathwork team were amazing. The spa was such an unexpected gift as every massage therapist was so lovely and had the sweetest, gentle energy. The massages were done with such attention to detail and care. The colonics were a great support for the process and detoxing as well as the steam room and the cold plunge. All the enhancement therapies made the whole journey so much better. And the juice and the food, so fresh, delicious, absolute best. If you have any concerns, let them go because I can't imagine a better place to go for this type of journey/experience. It is about so much more than just doing the medicine, this is an entire program to allow you to transform your life and 'Heal' or as I say undo those things that happened in your life that have stopped you from being the person you truly want and are meant to be.
