"A Soulful Rebirth"
This week at Rythmia has been nothing short of a merging of my soul and a deep healing of my heart. The experience with abuelita will forever be etched into my being, life will now always carry the reminder of what it means to live in ceremony, both during and after this sacred encounter. All week, I felt as if I was walking through the Lion King’s kingdom majestic, alive and filled with wonder. My inner child was welcomed home and I was lovingly guided by the thousand women within me, each one getting teached and recalibrated to offer them sweetness, tenderness, and forgiveness. Through this deep soul work, I was reborn. From sipping fresh coconut water to nourishing myself with abundant vegan options, receiving beautiful massages and a sweet birthday cake, soaking in the lovely spa, every detail reflected care and devotion. The lush wild nature and the fauna became teachers too, flowing with blessings and wisdom that led me closer to liberation. I hold profound respect for every member of the staff and the divine attention given to every part of the facility, the program and the care we received. To the spiritual family of shamans and musicians, thank you for holding space with such devotion, presence and love. This week was raw, tender, transformative and fun. My heart is full, and I cannot wait for abuelita Aya to call me back again. Gracias, aho.
