"I am new!"

I just returned from Rythmia and am in absolute awe. What a transformative experience--I am new! The medicine team, music, and classes were all exceptional and aided us immensely in guiding us on our journey toward a more centered, whole, and healed self. The staff, accommodations, grounds, facilities, and food were all exceptional as well. While this experience was at times very difficult, it was also at all times so beautiful and rewarding. If you're debating whether or not to go on your own journey, just go! If you're wondering where you should go, go to Rythmia! I couldn't have imagined doing it anywhere else.
