"Best Birthday Ever"

Was not expecting any of this but glad I went and got to experience all of it. From the time you land at the airport you are greeted with caring and kind staff, the center is huge and full of activities to do when your not in class or ceremony like the saltwater pool, sauna, mud bath along with a hot and cold plunge to accompany a gym where you can get a full workout and to top it all off a deep tissue massage , the food is amazing, teachers are amazing, rooms are amazing, the people you will meet there are amazing and you’ll realize that we’re all on this journey of life advancement.
