Wow! Where do I start...? I heard about Rythmia on my favorite Take Back Your Mind Podcast and felt personally called to this opportunity of healing. I went in without any expectations and let myself completely surrender into every step of this experience. I'd done a lot of personal work prior to Rythmia but a part of my heart still felt closed and guarded. I never expected the breakthrough moment I felt in every fiber of my being during Ceremony that allowed me to fully feel and heal my heart in the most beautiful way. I left Rythmia feeling more full of life than I've ever experienced and feel so connected to myself and the infinite love that connects us all and I don't believe I would've been able to get to this place without the support and guidance of Rythmia and Mother Aya. I've always been able to give love freely but to actually be open to receive all of the love around me is new territory to me and I can say I finally feel whole. I also learned the power of healing in community on a visceral level at Rythmia and truly gained life long friends that feel genuine and authentic and to witness and be witnessed through this healing process is priceless. I have so much gratitude for Gerry and ALL of the staff at Rythmia for creating a beautiful space and program to reconnect with your soul. They really have the best intentions for every soul that has the privilege of coming to Rythmia. They have designed an intense week of growing and healing that takes commitment but will change your life in the most beautiful ways if you allow yourself to surrender to the process. This has been the best investment I've given to myself and I hope all that are called to the Rythmia experience answers it with all of the love and gratitude that each and everyone of you deserves. ❤️
