"Everything and more"

The Shaman, guest services, grounds and cleaning staff are amazing, content and instructors are amazing, and the experience was everything I could ask for and more. The spa provides a welcome relaxation. The Roots restaurant serves delicious and clean meals. My only complaint, if any, is that the gym equipment could benefit from an upgrade. If you are ready to put in the work to change your life and become more, then this is for you.
