"Best week of my life"
Life changing experience with a sense of clarity after my trip. I came to Rythmia for my 50th birthday. I have been planning this trip for almost a year. I came to the resort with a specific set of intentions, and left with answers I didn’t even know I needed. You must surrender and trust the process. You will have good nights, and some nights you may want to just run away. You must come to terms with your thoughts and fight through what is hard! Trust me, if you dedicate yourself 100% you will come out the other side reborn. The best part of the trip was meeting my soul family, all 60 of us created such a strong bond of trust and love. You will begin to look at Rythmia as a place that is euphoria, as the world should be; Clean food, community, safety, support, being honest with yourself and the world around you. Contrary to rumors, as a single female traveler, I felt so safe. The healers, staff, shamans, etc have your safety as their top priority. There is 24/7 security and medical. I walked around the property at 4am by myself after ceremony and felt safer than I do in any US city. Come for the answers, leave a different human. Pro tip, do the pre work: follow the diet, get off your meds, skip the booze, etc 30 days prior. Also, you won’t want to but EAT! You won’t want to eat after ceremony but you will need to replenish your body!
