Last week, Ryan and I embarked on the most profound, soul-shifting journey of our lives. After months of emotional, physical, and spiritual preparation, we stepped into a week that would forever change us. Together, yet individually, we entered the sacred space of ayahuasca ceremony—4 days, 37 hours, and lifetimes of healing. We were shown who we’ve become, what we’ve been carrying, and what we needed to release to return to the truth of who we are. Through every tear, vision, and breakthrough, we journeyed back to our hearts… and I can say with certainty: we are forever transformed. Our hearts have been cracked open and healed in the most beautiful way. To share this experience with my life partner—my mirror, my anchor, my greatest love—was nothing short of miraculous. There are no words big enough to capture the depth of gratitude we feel. Thank you to the incredible Rythmia staff for holding us in such safety, compassion, and unwavering love.
