Beautiful, life changing and the most profound experience of my life. Rythmia is a beautiful property that allows you to relax to the full extent as no detail has been overlooked. Every person on staff is an absolute gem. The moment I arrived I was able to breathe easier and it only became better as the week progressed. All of the classes available are conducive to maximizing the plant medicine and take home tools to living your new way of life. I am happy to say I am not the same person as when I arrived at Rythmia. My life is forever changed. I lived a life filled with anxiety, depression, grief and to change this in the span of a week is the greatest gift I could have ever received. If youre entertaining the idea, just go.
