I went to Rythmia back in November 2018, it has taken me a while to write this review but I am happy that I am writing it now as the effects of staying there for 1 week have changed my life forever, it is now June 2020 and this year in February I left my full time job of 7 year to work full time in my side business, which is now my full time. Rythmia was the catalyst to keep doing inner work on myself so that I can live an amazing abundant and happier life. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and would remember my name which I thought was a nice touch, it was very geniune, they really cared. The food is outstanding and I would always go for the delicious coconut water, so tasty. There is a gym, and I loved the steam room, and plunge pools, plus the swimming pool and lounge area. It was great to be able to hire a bike for free, I would just say they need to keep the bikes covered like under a shed because the bikes were a bit rusty and hard to adjust, I'm tall but I know if you are shorter you would not be able to put the seat down on the bike. This is no holiday you are working on yourself with the ayahuasca, it was very professionally done and we had a lot of classes in the daytime about it before the ceremonies each evening, there was also a medical done as soon as you arrived at Rythmia, I felt very safe. The owner Gerry was so charismatic beyond words, his talk was very interesting about his life and why he started Rythmia. I remember when I decided to book Rythmia and I was thinking about the cost that it was quite pricey, however now I understand that there is no price on your health and what you gain from going to Rythmia and working on your inner self. This is the most valuable 'holiday' I have ever had in my life and worth every penny. I met some amazing beautiful souls, that I am still in contact from all ages and walks of life. Rythmia advise to work on yourself after you leave and listening to this advice has improved my life as it is also what you put in after that will make this a magical experience. I would recommend everyone go to Rythmia at least once in their life.
