Upon arrival in Costa Rica, I was promptly met by the driver for the ride to Rythmia. As we approached the entrance, I felt a deep peace move through me. I literally felt the vibration of the place before I even laid eyes on it. I was met by the staff who were all so warm and welcoming and that was my experience of the people there 24/7. The food was healthy and delicious! The accommodations are lovely & comfortable. The yoga, the classes, the plant medicine, massage, mud baths, hot tub, swimming pool & the beauty of the surroundings all are so healing. I’ve always felt good about returning home after a trip. After all, there’s no place like home, right? For the first time in my life, I felt homesick for the place I left. There's truly no place like Rythmia!
