Rythmia has made such a huge impact in my life and nothing will be the same. I went in March 2019 by accident, thinking I was going to a yoga retreat. Well, the universe sometimes has another plan for us and I am so blessed to have ended up there of all places. Months have gone by and I can honestly say that Rythmia was life changing and a miracle in my life. I am actually happy in my life which I didn’t think was possible and have been able to deal with the grief of losing my mother in September 2016. If you are thinking of going, do it. Even if its totally out of your comfort zone, the rewards are beyond anything I believed possible. Also the facility is beautiful, clean and has such a wonderful staff who really cares about you and how you’re doing. I certainly will be back.
