Rythmia was the best experience of my life thus far. I came here for the spiritual growth much more than the vacation, but it was an amazing vacation as well. As someone who's been obsessed with self development for the past 5 years and on a spiritual path for the past 3, I came to Rythmia seeking conviction in my spirituality. I believed in it, but the world's skepticism made me question whether spirituality was really real. During my trip I had direct contact with my higher self and healed and processed so much anger and shame that had been stuck in my subconscious. I feel so much lighter on the other side.
